For many years now Capital Build have been working with many satisfied clients.
Apart from building beautiful designer one off custom homes, we believe our success lies in our ability to build client satisfaction. The greater our client satisfaction, the greater our level of fulfilment.
Every client is treated with personalised, individual service and is valued for who they are and not what one would expect them to be.

Therefore our goal is to understand our client’s values, needs, desires and to tailer our services around them, as no client, no build, no experience is ever the same.
With this in mind we have created a team of passionate individuals, who love building beautiful homes and love serving and being with people.

Our Journey

Founded in 1998 “Capital Homes” commenced as a boutique builder with the simple mission of providing quality homes with a fair and honest service.
Today, 17 years later with a fresh name, “Capital Build” are still a boutique builder that has organically grown, though now we provide a greater level of service with a better Built home.
This growth has been nurtured, by understanding and meeting our client’s needs.
With information becoming readily available through search engines such as Google, we have witnessed our client’s knowledge and input increase exponentially. This has continually inspired and pushed us to build a better home.
Along with a sustainable influence through design, wise material selection and innovation through technology, we constantly look for better ways to improve all our homes.

  1. Site inspections; before you select a builder you will need to select a parcel of land. If it is not too late we would be more than happy to give you our professional advise.
    It is wise to select a block that solar smart, slopes correctly and is value for money in relation to construction needs. We encourage clients to takes this up, obligation free.
  2. Referrals; if repeat business or referrals means as much to you as it does to us, you may like to know that 86% of our work over the past 17 years has come from referrals. We find that our clients are always keen and willing to refer us to a family member or friends.

  3. Quality; after 17 years of servicing the industry we have obtained extremely reliable and experienced contractors who understand what it takes to build a superior home along with our ways of working.
    We believe we are only as good as our last build.
  4. Supervision; our supervisor is dedicated to your build and to your service. As supervision is such a critical role in our jobs, we intentionally limit the amount of homes a supervisor can look after as this guarantees all jobs are serviced correctly and they are always available to respond.
  5. Personal service; whether it is the first, or fifth home you have built. Whether you are a hands on client or are currently living overseas, we provide the service that is required to keep you satisfied and up to date.
    This allows you the freedom to choose.
  6. Value for Money; being a boutique builder with many years’ experience we have generated quality systems that keep our costings very accurate.
    Our clients can be rest assured knowing they have received value for money in all areas of their new home.
  7. Design & Estimating; the benefits of having an experienced in house designer along with an experienced estimator, work hand in hand. This means that your design is put together piece by piece. As the design evolves the costing is analysed continually making sure that every part is engineered and put together so it flows and is most cost effective. No surprises.
  8. In house Designer; along with our core range of designs, our designer gives you the freedom to express your heart and mind. Giving you many opportunities to explore all avenues of design.
    We design the house around you not you around the house.
  9. After Care; we are so confident in what we do, we have an extended 5 year maintenance program included in our contracts. We come back yearly to maintain your home.

Our Projects

The Process

Initial Consult

Let’s face it, this meeting allows you to feel comfortable with us and us with you. A chance to ask all the questions your heart desires and any issues that are on the mind.
Making sure we are the builder for you.

Design

We take this opportunity to understand your requirements, needs and values along with a budget you are comfortable with. We encourage you to bring along as many pictures, photo’s cut out’s and ideas that you may have gathered till date. We then take a design brief, meet on site to access your parcel of land and commence working with you to achieve a design and a specification personalised to your life style.
Allowing for your creative input.

Costing

We now have all the documentation required, drawings, and specification, along with question, answers and options for our experienced estimator to produce an accurate cost.
This allows you to rest assured knowing all is within budget.

Interior design stage

Along with an interior designer, you are now ready to go out and shop. Materials and colours are selected from our preferred suppliers. We then assemble them together and incorporate them into our documentation in preparation for a contract.
This is an exciting time for our clients as the dreams begin to be a reality.

Working drawings

Detailed drawing a now produced. These drawings are ready for construction along with selections they are incorporated in the these drawings. They are then reviewed an adjusted as required.

Council Approved plans

During the time leading up to construction we are working in the back ground liaising with local councils in order to have your plans approved.
Clients can be at ease.

Putting it all together

A series of meetings usually occur from here, mostly at our office. These meeting allow our clients to ask more questions, go through different options and feel comfortable with our documentation and our service.
Designed to achieve peace of mind.

Contract Signing

At this stage and only when you are 100% satisfied with the documentation, we sign a fixed price contract.
Most of your work is now complete and we now commence doing what we do best –Building your home.
